Molly Manske is a passionate social worker and advocate that focuses her passion towards supporting families and individuals in Kansas City, Missouri who are experiencing violence or substance abuse related issues in their communities. Molly works at the Mattie Rhodes Center as a Bilingual Addiction Specialist while also supporting the agency’s violence prevention teams. Molly uses her voice and Spanish speaking skills to support the Latino community through substance abuse outpatient treatment and connection to supports in the community.
Molly holds a bachelor’s in social work from Washburn University and a master’s in public administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with an emphasis in Nonprofit Management. Molly is also a certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor in Missouri (MAADC II). Molly is a life-long learner and believes in supporting youth in finding their voices and leadership opportunities. Molly has over ten years’ experience with working with youth in group environments and individual mentorship. Molly understands the importance of including youth and youth voices in our organizations and communities.
Molly is a soccer enthusiast and has had the pleasure of being the Head Coach for the Guadalupe Center High School Girl’s Varsity Soccer Team. Soccer played a large role in Molly’s life and Molly loves being able to connect with youth and share the love of soccer. Molly has a passion for helping people and this is shown in her personal and professional environments.
