Andres M. Dominguez

Mr. Andres M. Dominguez is a Program Officer at Health Care Foundation of Greater Kansas City. HCF is dedicated to improving access and quality of health for uninsured and under-served individuals and communities in Kansas City, Missouri and a six county service area in Kansas (Allen, Johnson, Wyandotte) and Missouri (Cass, Jackson, Lafayette).
Previously, Andres was a Senior Community Affairs Advisor for the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and was a Director at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation in Kansas City Missouri, in both positions he initiated asset building programs, youth leadership initiatives and community/economic development. He has an interest in urban/rural issues and wealth creation through asset building. Dominguez served on the funding team that launched the American Dream Demonstration and SEED, a children’s savings asset model.
Dominguez is a product of both diocesan and public schools in Kansas City, Kansas, is a graduate of St. Mary University in Leavenworth, Kansas, where he attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs Administration and earned an MS degree from Kansas State University in Education with an emphasis in multicultural education. Dominguez serves on various boards in Kansas City, including; Northland Community Foundation, Gladstone Economic Betterment Council, Parkville Ethics Commission, LULAC National Educational Service Center, Shawnee Indian Mission, Kansas State Historical Society and is appointed by the Governor as Chair of the Missouri Community Service Commission.
Dominguez is married to Amy Heithoff and they have two children, Sophia Julieta and Andres Arcadio. The family resides in Parkville, Missouri.
